Daarnaast werden brandkleppen geleverd die ervoor zorgen dat, wanneer een brand zou uitbreken in één van de zalen, deze niet wordt verspreid over het ganse gebouw.
De Antwerpse Artesis Plantijn Hogeschool telt ongeveer 8.600 studenten en 1.500 personeelsleden. In 2015 werd een gloednieuwe campus in het vernieuwde Park Spoor Noord opgetrokken die plaats biedt aan 3.500 studenten.
Drie campussen van het Algemeen Ziekenhuis Sint Maarten Mechelen worden vanaf eind 2018 ondergebracht in een gloednieuwe campus aan de Liersesteenweg te Mechelen. De bouw van het gloednieuwe complex startte in oktober 2013. De nieuwe locatie, met een totale oppervlakte van 100.000 m² en 7 verdiepen, zal plaats bieden aan 654 bedden en 96 bedden in het dagziekenhuis. TROX levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de hoge energie-efficiëntie van het gebouw met de plaatsing van onder meer 116 luchtbehandelingskasten.
In de afgelopen jaren is er een groeiende belangstelling voor de kwaliteit van leven in instellingen ontstaan. In die optiek besloot het OCMW van Vorst om in 2014 te starten met de aanbouw van twee speciaal aangepaste en innovatieve wooneenheden om ouderen met de ziekte van Alzheimer optimaal te kunnen opvangen, met een zekere mate van afhankelijkheid. Het gebouw werd uitgetekend door het architectenbureau Archigraph en werd zo ontworpen dat alle mensen vrij kunnen bewegen en hun gevoel van vrijheid kunnen behouden. In totaal zullen 45 gedesoriënteerde personen kunnen verblijven in de nieuwe wooneenheden. De officiële opening vindt plaats in oktober 2016.
In 2013 startten de werken aan een gloednieuw datacenter van de groep BNP Paribas in Vaux-sur-Sûre. De site zal bestaan uit 3 gebouwen voor technische installaties en IT-apparatuur en één gebouw voor logistieke ondersteuning. De werken zijn opgedeeld in drie fases, verspreid over 15 jaar.
